What is the  Qukel toys delivery time?
We deliver within 4 days of order. We use Royal Mail 1st (next working day) and 2nd class (2-3 working days) post. And sometimes we need to ship an item from the Netherlands which may take up to 4 working days, but if that happens, we will let you know.

Where else can I find Qukel toys, except in this webshop?
Qukel is for sale in a growing number of specialty stores in the UK. Please email us for further details at info@qukel.co.uk.

Safety

How do I know that Qukel toy is safe for my child?
All toys – especially for children between 0-3 years – in the European Union have to have the CE marking, and must therefore comply with extensive regulatory compliance. Also Qukel toys are tested and approved by the leading international testing and certification organization SGS.

Can I wash the Qukel toys?
Yes. You can a wash the toys. For maintaining quality and colour, we recommend washing the toys by hand. Qukel has hygiene checks and agreements with its supplier agreements. All toys are washed and packed in poly wrap before being shipped.

How long is the warranty on a Qukel toy?
Qukel guarantees the absence of any defects for a period of six months.

If the product does not meet your expectations and you have reported within six months via email to info@qukel.co.uk, you are entitled to:

– Delivery of the missing product;
– Repair, provided Qukel can reasonably fulfill;
– Replacement, unless the defect is too small to justify or the product hasn’t clearly been looked after.

You are only entitled to to cancel the sale if the product is defective:

– Repair and replacement are impossible or can not be demanded of the supplier;
– Qukel is not able to proceed with repair or replacement.

Is my online payment safe?

Qukel toys can be safely purchased online through PayPal. PayPal is the most common payment method for online stores in the Netherlands. You can also choose to pay by credit/debit card.

Gift

Can I give Qukel toy as a gift?

Yes, give a Qukel as a gift! We will wrap the toy extra nicely. Write your personal message and we will include your message in the gift. And of course you can have it delivered at a separate address.

Order, shipment and delivery

How do I do an order in the Qukel shop?
Step 1: Find the product and click ‘Add to basket’
Step 2: Click on the ‘Checkout’ at the top right of the screen
Step 3: Fill your name and address details, the delivery address, and gift option
Step 4: Click “buy”
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email

What is the delivery cost?

Qukel will aim to deliver to your door within latest 4 days. Shipping fee is £2.90 or £3.30, depending on the size and weight of the product. You will find the exact amount at checkout.

When living abroad, I can order a Qukel toy?

Yes you can order a Qukel toy from abroad if you use PayPal or pay by credit/debit card. For shipment abroad we do charge extra costs that depend on the size and weight of your package. For further details, please contact info@qukel.co.uk.

(How) can I return a toy?

Qukel is not satisfied unless you are satisfied. You can return the product if it does not meet your expectations.

Notify us about within 48 hours via info@qukel.co.uk. Include your name, address, order number and reason for return and your bank account number and the associated name. We will send you further details via email and you can immediately return the package.

Once your returned item has been processed, the full amount will be returned within 7 days.

How do I know if the toy I want to buy is in stock?

Qukel aims to have all toys in stock. If an item sells out quickly we clearly indicate it on the product overview page or on the product page itself.

If you have ordered a item that is out of stock in the meantime,  you will receive an email from us within 24 hours as to when we expect to deliver the toy.
